Experiment: toss a fair die with faces 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Let A = the event the die comes up more than 4

Let B = the event the die comes up even.

Find P (A or B)

A.) 1/3

B.) 5/6

C.) 1/2

D.) 2/3

    Answer: the answer is c

    Step-by-step

    event a is more then 4 so that is 2 and thats a total of 6 which would be 2/6

    and b is an even # out of 6 so 3/6

    3/6 times 2/6 equals 6/12 and simplify that which would be 1/2
