The geography of places in Arabia, such as Aseer, is characterized by fertile tracts of land, and enough periods of rain for agriculture and farming, favored settlements. This is how the geography influenced strongly in the creation of settlements in some regions in arabia. The presence or the absence of water, like springs or rivers in some regions, were also a strong factor for the people to settle.
