Such statement can only come from a patriotic citizen, a citizen that is ready to give it all for his country, it explains the love and passion embedded in such citizen heart. I won't be surprised if such citizen is a solider because soldiers are the once this determined to give it all up for his country. So such statement is a patriotic statement.
